Participation in ECER 2018 Conference in BOLZANO

ECER 2018 “Inclusion and Exclusion, Resources for Educational Research?” took place 3 – 7 September at the Free University Bolzano. It is one of the biggest in Europe conferences on education with about 3000 participants from all over the world. Ukrainian Educational Research Association were represented by its President Svitlana Shchudlo (Ivan Franko Drohobych State Pedagogical University), Vice-president Oksana Zabolotna (Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University) and the council member Olena Kovalchuk (Lutsk National Technical University).

Svitlana Shchudlo and Oksana Zabolotna delivered the presentation 'Teacher Leadership in Ukraine: the Role of Teachers in School Management' based on the All-Ukrainian Research by TALIS methodology.

During the conference, the UERA representatives visited Meet & Greet sessions by SIPED from Italy and SPCE from Portugal. on September 8, 2018 р. the UERA President Svitlana Shcudlo participated in the EERA Council meeting which is held twice a year and is devoted to national associations functioning as well as current life of ECER.

The participation of the UERA representatives in ECER 2018 was supported by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission.
