Serhiy Kurbatov conducted an interview with Theo Wubbles, professor at the University of Utrecht (the Netherlands) and president of the European Educational Research Association (EERA). The interview is published in the new issue of the journal ‘Philosophy of Education’ (№2/2016) (http://www.philosopheducation.com/images/Files/PDF/2016_issue_2/14.pdf).
The interview was conducted during the time Theo was participating in the First English-speaking Summer School ‘Educational Research: Communication, Grant Writing, Methodology and Publications’. This Summer School took place on 17-20 of August, 2016. It was organised by the Ukrainian Educational Research Association (UERA) that cooperated with the Faculty of Pedagogical Education of Lviv Ivan Franko National University. The organisation of the Summer School was supported financially by the Embassy of the USA in Ukraine. Professor Theo Wubbles was one of the fifteen Ukrainian and international experts who gave workshops in the framework of this Summer School. The workshops were offered to thirty-eight Ukrainians who were selected for the participation in the Summer School. Eight out of these thirty-eight participants represented displaced universities.
